Here we have the Tokyo Quartet, in the early 's, in unobtrusively fine digital sound, with the complete Beethoven String Quartets. On nine discs for under $, it's an amazing bargain. I haven't sampled everything on the disc yet, but I've listened to early, late and middle quartets, and I have been totally satisfied/5().
